Bringing Imagination to Life

I've loved making things with my hands for as long as I can remember.

As a child, my mind was always filled with strange little characters, imaginary creatures, and whimsical worlds. I found endless joy in bringing them into reality. Materials were limited, but that never stopped me. I would use anything I could find — old clothes, cardboard, yarn, scraps of fabric — to recreate the scenes and stories that lived in my imagination.

Creating plush creatures has always been one of my favorite ways to express those ideas. Whenever I work with faux fur and fabric, I feel a sense of calm. There is something deeply satisfying about watching a character slowly come to life in my hands. Each finished piece feels like the birth of a tiny spirit, and that feeling has never lost its magic.

In January 2025, while visiting a small toy shop in Montpellier, France, I discovered a dog plush inspired by the cartoons of Albert Dubout. That moment completely changed the way I thought about character design. Until then, I had mostly seen plush toys as realistic representations of animals. Suddenly, I realized they could be something else entirely. They could be exaggerated, playful, expressive, and full of personality.

Inspired by that discovery, I immediately created a cow cat with long, slender limbs, oversized paws, and a slightly ridiculous charm. When I shared photos of it online, the response was unlike anything I had experienced before. Thousands of people connected with that little cat. It made me realize that others were drawn to this whimsical style too.

That cat became the beginning of the artistic direction I follow today.

Although many of my creatures share the same recognizable silhouette, each one is designed as an individual character. Some have different eyes, different proportions, or unique accessories. More importantly, each of them has their own personality, their own story, and their own small place in the imaginary world they come from.

My goal has always remained the same:
to bring the creatures living in my imagination into the real world,
one handmade friend at a time.
