Yes. SoftLore pieces are handmade, hand-finished, small-batch, or artist-collaborative collectibles. Some are original designs and some are fan-art inspired handmade works for collectors.

Is this the same studio as your Etsy shop?

Yes. SoftLore also sells on Etsy under softloreshop. The public Etsy shop shows a 5.0 rating, 14 public reviews, and 38 sales history, which helps collectors trust the independent store.

Why buy from the independent shop?

A

The independent shop gives collectors direct studio access, email drop notes, and a small random handmade accessory with first independent-shop orders when materials are available.

Can I combine pins, kits, and dolls?

A

Yes. Many collectors combine smaller items with larger pieces in one parcel. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available for qualifying orders over $200 where supported.

Where do orders ship from?

A

Orders ship from our China studio or partner studio. Ready-to-ship pieces usually need 3-7 business days before dispatch. Made-to-order, OOAK, or pre-order pieces may take longer.

Will I pay customs or VAT?

A

International duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or destination-country charges are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Do you accept returns?

A

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page. Limited and handmade pieces are reviewed case by case.
