SoftLore sells limited, handmade, small-batch, and collectible objects. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very small quantities, returns are handled case by case.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Minor handmade variations in shape, paint, expression, texture, size, material finish, or surface details are not considered defects. These differences are part of the character of handmade and small-batch objects.

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging unless the issue is shipping damage or another approved exception.

Shipping fees, customs fees, import duties, VAT, and other destination-country charges are usually non-refundable.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Final sale, made-to-order, personalized, opened craft kits, and one-of-a-kind collectible items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page.
