Ready-to-ship items usually leave the studio within 3–7 business days. Handmade, made-to-order, pre-order, or special items may require extra preparation time. If an item has a longer timeline, it should be noted on the product page.
After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and seasonal shipping volume.
SoftLore ships internationally where supported by checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. SoftLore is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking first. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number and we will help review the situation.
