Description
Boucle Auntie is an original handmade fabric art doll from Mengmeng Cui’s character collection. This piece features a pastel boucle-style auntie character.
Each doll is made in small batches with expressive facial details, layered fabric clothing, and a distinct character personality. This listing is for one individual character, not a variant set.
Material and structure: fabric clothing, wool details, resin face elements, soft filling, and an internal aluminum armature for gentle posing.
Made-to-order timeline: This is a handmade preorder collectible. Production usually takes around 2–4 weeks, depending on the studio schedule. Simple studio progress updates may be shared before shipment, and tracking will be provided once the package leaves the studio.

U.S. orders usually ship from our U.S. logistics partner in Texas. For U.S. orders, the checkout price is the final amount charged by SoftLore, including any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
International orders usually ship from China. Delivery time may vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal volume.
Because SoftLore pieces are handmade, limited, collectible, made-to-order, or customized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue case by case.
For customized details such as fur color, markings, or eye color, we will confirm the details with you before production begins. Once confirmed and production has started, these details cannot be changed, because the piece is hand-colored and handmade. Confirmed custom details are not eligible for return or exchange.
Minor handmade variation in shape, color, texture, expression, or finish is part of the object and is not considered a defect.
